These were harder, first off. They went 4:17, 4:09, 4:10, 4:12, 4:13. So all around pace! but my legs we definitely burning...
We warmed up with 31, I cooled down 25, so thats a total of 81 minutes, or approximately 9.5 miles!
also did arms and abs.
morning heart rate - 44 (surprising..)
